This sketch was drawn from a photo I took about a year ago at the Old Jail attraction called “Gator Bobs.” At the entryway of the gift shop is this funky lamp and an enamel washtub for worm digging. The prop designer for the Old Jail is in-synch with funky old Florida style. I grew up in Florida and remember stuff like this at remote roadside attractions. Reminds me of Tom Robbins book “Another Roadside Attraction” and the wacky roadside link http://www.roadsideamerica.com/.
